Tom Wujec unveils his findings on team building through “Marshmallow Challenge”, a game to build self-standing tower with a marshmallow and sticks of spaghetti. Kindergarteners, according to Wujec, tend to score much higher than MBA students. He tells you why in this talk. It may be interesting to try this “challenge” at one of the year-end gatherings.
The website of the Marshmallow Challenge can be here.

Another fun and insightful talk by Gever Tully. In this 2009 speech he shows some of the activities the children at the Tinkering School get up to, including the fun they have playing with tools and building stuff. You’ll be amazed by their achievements.
